1August 21st, 2015 - Dereck Ramirez made the trip to Lakeside Speedway (Kansas City, Kansas) on Friday for the eighth night of action in The Hunt for the United States Modified Touring Series (USMTS) Casey’s Cup powered by S&S Fishing and Rental. Drawing a field of 35 cars, Ramirez transferred into the B-Main after placing 5th in his heat. Transferring into the A-Main with a 3rd place outing in his B-Main, Dereck Ramirez improved ten spots in the 35-lap A-Main scoring a 8th place finish.

1August 15th, 2015 - On Thursday night Dereck Ramirez headed to Red Cedar Speedway (Menomonie, Wisconsin) for the fifth night of the Hunt for the United Stated Modified Touring Series (USMTS) Casey’s Cup powered by S&S Fishing & Rental. With 35 cars signed in for the $3,000 to win A-Main, Ramirez logged a 5th place finish in his heat transferring him into B-Main. Transferring into the feature with a 4th place outing, Dereck fell four spots in the 40-lap A-Main finishing 24th.

The following night brought Ramirez to Mississippi Thunder Speedway (Fountain City, Wisconsin) for another round of action in the Hunt for the Casey’s Cup sanctioned by the USMTS. In a field of 32 Open Wheel Modifieds, Dereck cruised to an 8-lap heat race victory. Starting in 4th, Dereck Ramirez fell one spot in the 40-lapp A-Main recording a 5th place finish behind Zack VanderBeek, Jason Hughes, Jesse Sobbing, and Rodney Sanders.

On Saturday night for the 7th night of action in the Hunt for the Casey’s Cup, Dereck traveled to Ogilvie Raceway (Ogilvie, Minnesota) for another $3,000 to win A-Main. Transferring into the B-Main with a 5th place finish in his heat, Ramirez scored a 12-lap B-Main win. Coming from 14th, Dereck Ramirez improved five spots retiring a 9th place finish in the 40-lap feature event.

1August 8th, 2015 - Dereck Ramirez made the trip to 81 Speedway (Park City, Kansas) on Thursday for night one of the Hunt for the Casey’s Cup powered by S&S Fishing & Rental. Drawing a crowd of 43 Open Wheel Modifieds for the USMTS sanctioned event, Ramirez scored a 4th place finish in his heat transferring him into the feature event. With a mid-pack starting spot, Dereck improved seven spots in the 40-lap feature registering an 8th place finish.

Friday night brought Ramirez to Humboldt Speedway (Humboldt, Kansas) for night two of the Hunt for the Casey’s Cup. In a field of 37 Modifieds, Dereck logged a 3rd place finish in his heat transferring him into the B-Main. Cruising to a 15-lap victory, Dereck Ramirez transferred into the A-Main with a 13th place starting spot. Battling for a $3,000 payday, Dereck retired a 9th place finish.

The following night brought the USMTS followers to Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Missouri) for another $3,000 to win feature event. Winning his heat, Dereck Ramirez transferred in to the Casey’s General Stores A-Main with a 6th place starting position. With 40-laps on the scoreboard, Dereck advance two spots recording a 4th place finish behind Johnny Scott, Stormy Scott, and Rodney Sanders with Terry Phillips coming in 5th.

Wrapping up the busy week in the USMTS, Ramirez headed to Monett Speedway (Monett, Missouri) on Sunday for night four of the Hunt for the Casey’s Cup. Transferring into the B-Main with a 4th place finish in his heat, Dereck Ramirez cruised to a 12-lap B-Main victory. Starting in 13th, Dereck jumped on spot in the 40-lapper logging a 12th place finish.
